Office Closings In the event of an unscheduled office closing due to weather or emergency, text messages will be sent out to Associates at the phone numbers that are on file with Human Resources. Associates are asked to keep their personal information current by updating UKG, the Company payroll system. Login information into the Company payroll system is located under the Human Resources tab on the Dwellworks Intranet. Our Disaster Recovery Plan is tested annually. If an Associate does not receive a text message during the test, Dwellworks encourages the Associate to contact a member of Human Resources. Dwellworks audits the system annually to ensure that all contact information is updated and accurate. Pay Practices Exempt Associates are paid semi-monthly on the fifteenth (15th) and the last day of each month for time worked each pay period that ends on the previous day. Non-exempt, hourly Associates are paid for two (2) full weeks’ pay in addition to overtime pay if any. Four (4) times per year, the pay period will include three (3) full weeks and applicable overtime, if any. A payroll calendar is available for review and posted to the Intranet each calendar year.
