BEST 40 Dwellworks strives to be an employer of choice and to continue to adjust our company culture to align with the needs of our Associates. In addition, we want to be sure our clients continue to choose Dwellworks based on our excellent service and willingness to help them in any way we can. The premise of BEST 40 is to focus on allowing our Associates to achieve work-life balance while not sacrificing the level of service provided to our customers. In order to be successful in both of these areas, we are asking all Associates to give us their most focused and productive forty (40) hours each week. Work Schedules & Breaks Associates are able to work with their Leader to set the schedule which best services our clients and fits the Associates’ needs. With this in mind, Associates have the flexibility to choose the start and end times of their work schedules. However, Associates may start their work schedules no later than 9:30 am and end their work schedules no earlier than 4:30 pm daily.
