Situated 40 miles north of San Diego in the coastal city of Oceanside, Mira Costa is an upscale suburban neighborhood. Mira Costa features oceanfront views, a community college and excellent housing options. The area is considered vibrant and full of live with an abundance of nightlife and culturally diverse restaurants, from casual cafes to exquisite fine dining catering for every taste. Ivey Ranch and the adjacent neighborhood of Rancho del Oro are sometimes lumped together as one upscale community, and the names are sometimes used interchangeably in reference to the Ivey Ranch/Rancho del Oro area. Ivey Ranch/Rancho del Oro is located just outside of downtown Oceanside and south of Highway 76, which means residents are in close proximity to an appealing variety of dining, shopping and entertainment options. Housing Ivey Ranch and Rancho del Oro are some of the most popular neighborhoods in Oceanside.
