Dwellworks 2023 ESG Impact Report

Worldwide ERC® (WERC), the Canadian Employee Relocation Council (CERC), the European Relocation Association (EuRA), the Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA), the Federation Internationale des Demenageurs Internationaux (FIDI Global Alliance), and the International Association of Movers (IAM) signed a joint agreement in 2022 to provide the Global Mobility industry with a roadmap and common actions towards achieving greater environmental sustainability through the Coalition for Greener Mobility . Dwellworks has been a significant contributor to Coalition and industry efforts in destination services and corporate housing/temporary living. In 2023 and Q1 2024 we: • Provided updates on the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) at the WERC 2023 Global Workforce Symposium • Contributed content and editorial review for the EuRA white paper: Sustainable Development Goals for DSP’s • Hosted and contributed to the development of three sustainability themed webinars for CHPA members • Supported the development of a Greener Mobility road map for temporary living • Summarized the below industry achievements as co-leaders of the CHPA Sustainability Workgroup and Sustainability Sponsor of the CHPA Annual Conference:
