Required Documentation

PPS: This is the name for the Revenue and Social Insurance number in Ireland

+ Passport for each person + Birth certificate original -

requested at the discretion of the government official - must be translated to English

+ Marriage certificate original, if applicable -

requested at the discretion of the government official - must be translated to English

+ Proof of address and employment letter + Child Benefit Form -

All applications for children must be accompanied by a “legitimate reason” for the application. This can be a school application letter, child benefit forms, or GP visit form - You must be able to produce 1 of these if requested or you may be asked to return (requested at the discretion of the government official)

It takes 5-7 working days to receive your PPS details in the post after your appointment.

Irish Residence Permit (IRP): This allows NON-EU Passport holders to reside in the state

+ Passport + Original work permit + Proof of address including Eircode. + Marriage certificate original, if applicable - must be translated to English + €300 fee - For all adults (aged 16 and over) -

payable by MasterCard or Visa (not Diners or Amex) or by bank giro It takes 5-10 working days to receive in the post after your appointment date.

Multiple Entry Visa: Under 16 years old This will allow you to leave and re-enter the State any number of times within the dates shown on your visa. This can only be applied for after you have completed your IRP appointment.

+ 2 passport photos per person + Proof of an Irish residence address -

All applications for children under the age of 16 years, whether included on your passport or travelling on their own passport, must be accompanied by 2 passport size photographs. One photograph of the child must be officially stamped at the back by the school or GP Doctor - If the child is over 5 years you should submit an up to date letter (not more than one week old) from their school confirming their attendance - If the child is under 5 years of age you should submit an up to date letter (not more than one week old) from your doctor (GP) confirming that the child is registered with their practice.

Home Search: Please ensure you have the following documents prepared before your home search. (Keep a copy of all on your phone/email account to have should a landlord wish to see these while you are at a viewing. Also send a copy of all to your Account Manager)

+ Photo ID + Landlord Reference + Employers Reference + Brief profile to introduce yourself to the landlord (see guideline template) + Confirmation of salary + 3-6 months bank statements (may be required) + PPS number (this is needed when you secure a property)

School Search: Please ensure you have the following documents prepared before your home search.
