The paperwork and process are complex and time consuming, requiring coordination between tenants, eligible properties, and layers of regulation and review. But Elias persists, helping multiple unsheltered renters find housing each year. Building DEI Roadmaps with Our Corporate Housing Service Partners Andy Horvath , VP, Global Account Management, joined a panel of corporate housing industry peers to discuss ‘Creating a DEI&A Roadmap – Practical Steps for Progress’ at the CHPA annual conference. Andy shares, “Our service partners are broadly diverse in their ownership and want to thrive in support of their customers’ expectations. The starting point for approaching diversity and inclusion was sharing stories of respect, personal experience, and finding your voice and being heard. As a result of these industry education efforts, we have hundreds of partners committed to building more inclusive and customer-aligned teams and experiences.”

Accessibility Updates on Our Website Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) are standards that support access to website content for all users, regardless of abilities and learning conditions. The recent launch of our updated DwellworksLiving.com website was an opportunity to update to WCAG 2.1. Laura Ziemianski, Director of Marketing, explains, “The new website is a truly elevated experience for our clients, guests and property searches, and incorporates WCAG 2.1for device compatibility, color, navigation, titling, and more.
