Kate Lorenz, a Director in our APAC Operations and subject matter expert in Intercultural Training, launched a series of cross-cultural trainings for our teams managing moves from China to Europe and from the US to the UK. Greater cultural understanding materially impacted our positive servicequality scores in2023. Employee Resource Groups - Connecting to Thrive Suzy Benjamin , Director, Client Communications is a champion of our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). “Teamwork goes deep at Dwellworks. We like working together and we like that we represent different cultures, opinions, expertise, and perspectives. ERGs are an expression of our interest in each other and finding ways to stay connected and be heard.” Dwellworks fully supports this associate-led initiative for employee health and well- being. Dwellworks colleagues have formed ERGs for Career Generations, Faith, LGBTQ+, Mental Health, Parents & Parenting, The Pause (all things Menopause), Wellbeing and Women.
