We advise that you ask the company to give you a "Letter of Entitlement“. This is a document of your driving history in Ireland. This may help you to get car insurance in the country you are travelling to.

E-Flow Toll Account
Ring 01 461 0011 with your E-Flow account number Your Account will remain open for 30 days to facilitate refunding or settlement of outstanding balances. However, please be advised that your M50 journeys will be charged at unregistered rates. If you have a tag account then please return any tag(s) for your vehicle(s) to the E-flow, PO Box 11302, Dublin 17 within 14 days to allow E-flow to proceed with full closure of the account. Please be aware that, according to point 15.2 of E-flow Terms & Conditions, a charge of €24.60 (including VAT 23%) is issued for each tag if the tag(s) is (are) not returned within the required time.

Ring provider if you are a bill client
If it is a pay as you go account you do not need to do anything. If it is a bill pay phone you will need to contact the provider and they can advise depending on your chosen package, they will advise on cancellation policy. We always advise that you do this before you leave the country as you may not be able to contact them while the phone is in roaming mode.
