To my potential landlord,

My name is INSERT NAME. I am AGE years old and have recently moved to Ireland to work for EMPLOYER NAME. I am full-time employed by EMPLOYER NAME at their offices in OFFICE LOCATION. I plan to stay in Ireland for EXPECTED DURATION OF STAY and I am looking for a lease of at least 12 months.

Prior to moving to Ireland I was living in COUNTRY OF ORIGIN. While there I was WORKING/STUDYING. I have also previously lived in NAME OTHER COUNTRIES.

I am SINGLE/LIVING WITH MY SPOUSE/MARRIED and as such will be living at the property ON MY OWN/WITH MY SPOUSE/WITH MY FAMILY. I/WE are responsible and take pride in my home keeping it in good order at all times. My landlord reference shows that I have been a good tenant previously and I plan to maintain this good standing should I be accepted as tenant in your property.
