I plan to stay in Ireland for EXPECTED DURATION OF STAY and I am looking for a lease of at least 12 months. Prior to moving to Ireland, I was living in COUNTRY OF ORIGIN . While there I was WORKING/ OCCUPATION / STUDYING . I have also previously lived in NAME OTHER COUNTRIES. I am SINGLE/LIVING WITH MY SPOUSE/MARRIED and as such will be living at the property ON MY OWN/WITH MY SPOUSE/WITH MY FAMILY. I/WE are responsible. I always take pride in my home and keep it in good order. My landlord reference shows that I have been a good tenant previously and I plan to maintain this good standing should I be accepted as tenant in your property.
