Our internal carbon footprint is small compared to the emissions of global mobility and travel overall. We aligned early with Worldwide ERC® (WERC), European Relocation Association (EuRA), Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA), and the Coalition for Greener Mobility to take a leadership role in defining opportunities for measurable, meaningful reductions, with a focus in our areas of expertise: destination services and corporate housing. In 2023, these efforts are expected to yield practical guidelines for corporate employers, relocation management companies, and service partners to align around common definitions and standards. Our goal is to differentiate by performance and results, not by creating unique programs or slowing down adoption. Our company goals are to simplify, optimize and grow. This strategy is consistent with the people, planet, and prosperity goals of leading organizations worldwide. With our historic good governance and planning, we’re focusing our business on where we can have the most impact. We’re investing in talent and innovation that is sustainability sensitive. This will spur better results and opportunity for clients, customers, associates, network partners, investors, and community. And we’re excited by growth. The sustained return to global workforce mobility signals that people remain eager to connect, in traditional and new ways. I couldn’t close without acknowledging some key wins. We earned a Silver Medal from EcoVadis, putting us in the top 25% of the 75,000+ companies who have participated in their assessment. We re-signed our largest direct corporate housing client based on performance, partnership, and proof of action, including our detailed ESG plan. We won the Environmental Stewardship Award from a major client. And we proudly contributed to the first-year success of Upward Mobility, the industry’s initiative for creating intern opportunities for underrepresented students.
