We’re active in local recruiting events at Cleveland State University, and at the same time, being a global company with global associates gives us insights into diversity, inclusion and engagement actions that really differentiate Dwellworks as an employer. As a queer woman living with disabilities, I’ve always felt that the principles of ESG were already embedded organically in our ways of working. That’s only been extended by our formal ESG initiatives, reaching all levels within the company. You advocated Upward Mobility from the start, and we have successfully launched this program to build an intern talent pipeline attracting the underrepresented BIPOC population into global mobility.
