Teaming Up to Support Our Communities

Commitment to Communities Is Core to Dwellworks Culture Our most important efforts are those initiated by our associate-led Engagement Committees and by individual associates whose spirit of volunteering we support across our organization and around the world. Our business commits over $50,000 annually to community and volunteer engagements, through investments in employee paid time off, donations from Dwellworks and the TZP Cares Foundation, and participation in civic partnerships. Providing Support Where It Has the Most Impact Dwellworks funds a half-day paid time off for every team member to participate in the volunteer effort of their choice. Many associates choose to volunteer together to support a local cause. Our Inclusion Committee selects the environmental and social justice organizations that we donate to annually on behalf of our clients, customers, partners, and associates. The choices are vetted through Charity Navigator. In support of our sustainability and net-zero goals, Dwellworks does not fund carbon offsetting, preferring instead to directly fund high-impact environmental organizations.
