THE ANNEX Sometimes described as where "academia meets bohemia", The Annex is very popular with University of Toronto faculty and students due to its proximity to the campus. This is primarily a residential neighbourhood with quiet, tree-lined streets flanked by two-to-three story late 18th and 19th-century homes. The area is bounded by popular and bustling 'main streets' including Bloor Street West, Avenue Road and Bathurst Street which feature many of the retail stores that services the area.
LIBERTY VILLAGE Liberty Village is a busy and trendy neighbourhood, located near the heart of downtown Toronto.. It's ultra-urban, but because of the way it was designed, it has a tight-knit, community feel. The district is known for its art and design studios where artists have live/workspaces to create. Several music companies are also based in Liberty Village such as Live Nation and Universal Music. Many design and technology firms have located in the area, which has brought new jobs and attracted new residents It's a true village within the city.
LAWRENCE PARK Lawrence Park is one of Toronto’s most exclusive residential neighbourhoods. It is located in a very green and tranquil setting with very few commercial businesses within walking distance. Lawrence Park is a strong family-oriented neighbourhood with highly- ranked schools. Many residents belong to The Granite Club, a sports and recreation centre, and the Rosedale Golf Club. The scenic neighbourhood is set on rolling hills with several parks and a ravine. The shopping district has gourmet dining, cafes, fashion retailers, and unique gift shops. Executives value Lawrence Park’s proximity and easy access to the subway and highway 401.
