With a wide variety of cultures, Toronto offers many opportunities for residents to connect and experience a truly global city. We have compiled some information together for you to help get you oriented with your internship location. We wish you luck in your housing search! WHAT TOKNOWABOUT RENTING IN TORONTO Availability for both apartments and single-family homes remains limited. Nicer homes may receive multiple offers, so landlords and property management companies can be very selective. Due to limited availability in certain areas, monthly rental prices have increased particularly for executive single-family homes. As a result, properties may end up renting above list price due to multiple offers and bidding wars. The properties located in condominium accommodations usually have to allocate $300-$400 monthly budget depending on the parking spaces required.
