A boardwalk across the reservoir links the trail to the conservation area. The conservation area is located 5 km west of Port Dover. Lynn Valley Trails The Lynn Valley Trail is a 10-kilometre trail connecting Simcoe to Port Dover. Generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 8 hours to complete. This trail is great for birding, cross- country skiing, and hiking, and it's unlikely you'll encounter many other people while exploring. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash. Wellington Park Wellington Park, in the heart of old Simcoe, is home to festivals, celebrations, and arts & crafts exhibitions. Residents congregate here for the Simcoe Christmas Panorama, when the entire park is adorned in decorations and lights, while the Lynn River Music & Arts Festival attracts large crowds in summer.
