Supply & Demand Demand is much higher than supply. The housing market is very limited. Thus, properties are quickly taken, so be prepared to make fast decisions, even if not all criteria match your profile. Be open to new ideas & compromises and accept any viewing offered! Pets Pets are rarely welcomed in rental properties and their acceptance is not advertised. Your DSC will need to contact each landlord to
Family Size Property size, especially number of bedrooms, is regulated dependent on family size and the age of children. The landlord may insist that each child has their own bedroom. Positive Impression The decision of a landlord often also depends on how the applicant presents themselves and their friendly demeanor. Some words in German can open doors.
