What is the minimum term for staying in a serviced apartment?

However, some serviced apartments may have an extra charge for extension less than 1 month; hence it is important to check with the serviced apartment before confirming any extension.

What is included in the rates?

In general, the rates include management fee, government rates, utility charge, local calls, internet service, and housekeeping and linen change service. However, some serviced apartments exclude electricity charge, internet service from the rates.

Are the rates negotiable?

Is a security deposit required?
