What happens next We’ll contact you within two working days to begin your account opening experience over the phone at a time to suit you. We’ll then book an appointment for you at a convenient branch in the UK where we’ll complete your application. You’ll need to take: } your original passport } your Biometric Residence Permit (if applicable) } your overseas tax identification number (if applicable) } evidence of your recent overseas and UK address. Should we need other documents or information we’ll let you know during our telephone call. When you visit us in branch, once we’ve confirmed everything’s in order, we’ll open your account and confirm your account number.
