Fragomen-Dwellworks Residence Permit support

Your Immigration Support

Fragomen will provide support with pre-arrival immigration procedures and your temporary work authorization will be issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAE) . After your temporary work authorization is issued and you have entered Luxembourg, you need to apply for your residence permit.

Dwellworks will assist with the residence permit application after you arrive in Luxembourg. However, Dwellworks will be in contact with you already prior to your arrival to assess your service needs, schedule a first meeting date and provide you with a list of required documents.

Within 7 days of your arrival, Dwellworks will inform you about the TB test and X-ray, that will be provided by Ligue médico- sociale . You will pay 20EUR per family member.

Within 3 days of your final arrival to Luxembourg, Dwellworks will accompany you to the commune to request certified copies

Within 5 days of your TB test you will need to return to Ligue médico-sociale for your results. Failure to return within 5 days will result in severe delays.

7 days later the earliest, you will return to the MAE to retrieve your residence card, and Dwellworks will accompany you.

Within 7 days of your arrival, Dwellworks will arrange your medical exam with a general practitioner . You will pay 40 to 60EUR (cash) per family member.
