Newspapers Luxembourg has a wide variety of daily and weekly newspapers that cover topics such as business, politics, social events and shopping. Newspapers are printed in both German and French. The most popular online newspapers in English are RTL Today and Luxembourg Times. Postal Service Stamps are sold by the unit or in books of 10 or 20 at post offices and news agents. Specific rates apply for sending mail within Luxembourg, to the EU and Switzerland, and for the rest of the world, depending on the weight and size of the letter. Restrictions exist on some items (such as alcohol and tobacco) and vary significantly depending on whether the goods are sent from an EU or non-EU country.
