We advise you to request the Insurance company to provide you with a “ Letter of Entitlement ”. This is a document of your driving history in Ireland and may help you to get car insurance in the country you are moving to. Your account will remain open for 30 days to facilitate refunding or settlement of outstanding balances. However your M50 journeys will be charged at unregistered rates. If you have a tag account then please return any tag(s) for your vehicle(s) to E-flow, PO Box 11302, Dublin 17 within 14 days to allow E-flow proceed with full closure of the account. You will be charged for tag(s) not returned. If you visited any of these services and require any records before you depart. We suggest using the following postal redirection service on this website. Post cards to: Burgh Quay Registration Office, Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service, Department of Justice and Equality, 13-14 Burgh Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland. You must download and complete this FORM and forward to Child Benefit Section, Social Welfare Services, Department of Social Protection, St. Oliver Plunkett Road, Letterkenny, Co. Donegal If you have a Pay as you go account you do not need to do anything. If you have a bill pay phone you will need to contact the provider who will advise you on cancellation policy depending on your contract. We always advise this is done prior to departure from Ireland as you may not be able to contact them from roaming mode. You may be due a partial refund depending on policy renewal
