InternCoach™ offers support for interns to connect with an in-market area rental consultant who will provide them with market insights and local guidance to help navigate solutions for their short-term housing needs. The coaching focus will be on providing area education with emphasis on safety, public transportation, realistic rent ranges, recommending communities and/or neighborhoods to target based on worksite location/budget, and helping to source available housing options with short term lease lengths.
