Company-Paid Benefits

Life Insurance $50,000 for each employee

Short-Term Disability (STD) + 60% of base earnings & commission to a $750 weekly maximum + 7 day waiting period + Up to 13 weeks of benefit

Long-Term Disability (LTD) + 60% of base earnings & commission to $6,000 monthly maximum + 90 day waiting period (covered by STD)

AD&D $50,000

Optional Benefit: Through Guardian, employees can elect to enroll in additional life insurance at a per pay cost to the employee.
